≫ Payment methods
•I use Stripe payment
•If you buy something from my shop, it would be through BigCartel
•For custom orders that require a deposit fee, I will send you a payment link with the amount you owe
Example:
•To fulfill the rest of your custom order once it's done, I will send you a second link that would account for the rest of what you'd owe
*You would be required to input your shipping address*

≫ Refund policies
•You may only receive a refund if I did something wrong on my end
•If you're eligible for a refund I will ask for your receipt. This could be a screenshot of the purchase
•You won't get a refund for a broken order, once your package has shipped I'm not responsible for it
•There are no refunds for late deliveries, once your package has shipped I am not responsible for it. I dont control the weather

≫ People who refuse to pay for the rest of their custom orders-
•You do not get a refund for the deposit fee you made
•If you pay for your order, and want a refund once it's completed. I will look at this as a scam. So no, you don't get a refund.
•The custom order you don't pay for fully, will be posted full price for someone else to buy
•You will be given 24 hours from the time I send your Stripe payment link to pay what you owe
•You must be 18+, or be responsible enough to handle a credit or debit card to purchase anything from me

•My prices are non-negotiable
•I will not debate/argue/take unsolicited advice on how much something should cost
•If my items, or your custom order is, "too much money" please just buy from someone else!
•Things cost the way they do because not only are you paying for the charm, keychain, etc... you're paying for the box, it comes in, the bag to store your charm, keychain etc... , the thank you card, the free stickers, and much more
